FAQ

Where do the prices come from?
From the store's public website and store lists, checked regularly. Each price is what we last saw, with the date. Always check the shelf sign before you buy.
Why is my store's price different?
Warehouses set their own prices and run their own markdowns, so the same item can cost more or less at another store. Choose your store at the top to see its prices.
What is a price adjustment?
If the price drops within 30 days of buying, the store may refund the difference at the membership counter. Scan your receipt and WarehouseDeals watches your items and tells you when one drops. The store decides each request.
What do the green and red food labels mean?
Green = vegetarian or vegan, red = contains meat, fish or egg, worked out from the product name, listing and package text. They are estimates and can be wrong or out of date: always check the package, especially for allergies or religious diets.
What do Shopping preferences do?
They hide what you don't want (a diet label, alcohol, departments, brands) from deals, search and the home page, and show your favourite brands and food types first. You can always show everything on a list.
What is My stores?
Your home store plus the stores you choose to compare. A product page shows the price at each of them.
What do Free and Premium include?
Free shows deals, search and prices at your stores. Premium adds more stores, more results and the filter panel. See My plan for today's details.
Is WarehouseDeals part of the store?
No. WarehouseDeals is an independent companion and is not affiliated with the store. Shop, order and show your membership in the store's own app.
How do I delete my account?
Go to My plan and choose Delete my account. It is held for 30 days (sign in to restore it), then removed for good.
Something looks wrong. How do I tell you?
Use Report a problem on the product page or in Settings: a wrong price, a missing item, a wrong label or picture. We read every report.
